Hiya, thanks for posting these lists. I'm going to have a go trying to eat carbs and proteins separately. One question, where does hard cheese fit into Slimming Worlds 'days' system - I assumed it would fit into the 'red' days? Is it OK to eat some hard cheese, like lower fat versions? Thanks for your help in advance!
